I just made it with pork and pork rinds, and it tasted like the real thing. The best part is the vegetable oil and the pork rinds are a near 28g of fat per serving, and it takes multiple servings of both. Anyways, try it y'all.

Beat Chicken/Pork/meat into skinny slices, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick, dip in egg, and then dip in crushed pork rinds. Then fry in vegetable oil. You could try cocout oil, but I ran out of it so I went with vegetable oil. Anyways, it tastes EXACTLY like the real thing.
