Hi guys, I went on keto last year for 4 months just to try and tone up and lose some fat, I already worked out but I ate a lot of bread, pasta, ice cream etc.
So I kept up with it for 4 months and lost 20lbs.
I'm not sure when I took the two middle pictures they were just when I noticed changes in my body but the first and last pictures are 4 months and 20lbs apart.
