I've been on keto since September. Lazy keto for the most part. I occasionally log my meals and track my macros, but it is so easy now just to stay away from carbs. Exercise only in the form of recreational sports like skiing. Consistently losing about a pound a week. I went from 212 to 183. I'm 31 and my body just hangs onto weight, but I've never lost it like this! Photo
