Macro profile was altered to accommodate strength training. Considering stopping sub-20 net carbs in order to aid in glycogen replenishment. I tend to get burned out far more quickly as the weights get heavier each week, leading to missed reps and sets, as well as plateauing.
Also started Time Restricted Eating, as outlined by Dr. Rhonda Patrick on her most recent Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
As strength training has now become the point of focus with my training, I'm concentrating on adding weight to the bar, rather than weight off the scale. Primary health goals are to maintain my current test results or improve, all while being able to maintain my fitness progress.
