Here is a pic of me from Thanksgiving 2015 versus today. Today is my birthday and one year ago I challenged myself to get back to me pre-college weight. I found r/keto and the rest has written itself.
To be completely clear, this happened almost entirely from diet. I'm an active 4-H volunteer and my job is in a retail type of environment, so I'm not lethargic, but I do credit my nutrition with this victory.
I am still 15 pounds from my goal, but going from 215 to 155 (5'6") has been incredibly fulfilling. My next endeavor is to return to my previous swimmer's body form. I hit the pool next week!
