So last summer I lost 30 lbs on keto! Thankfully I haven't gained a pound back because while I ate things I wasn't suppose to I still tried eating "less carbs". Every time I put something in my mouth I wasn't suppose to I kinda felt a little guilty so I only ate a little!
I started following a keto bored on Facebook a few months ago to try and get back on the wagon and OMG! It was horrible! I felt like I was doing everything wrong and everyone was so judgmental about every little thing! I was a Reddit stalker last time but never posted and it helped so much! So I'm going to stick to this Reddit sub because you all are amazing and so supportive of one another! I have 20 more lbs to loose and hope I can get it off before my little ones second birthday! Thank so much for being awesome in this sub!
