I typically don't enjoy having an traditional meal at breakfast so I primarily just make a protein shake with coconut oil. Last night I had an epiphany......what if I make an iced coffee protein shake.
Good googly moogly did it ever turn out great.
Vanilla protein powder
1/2-3/4 cup Cold coffee
1/2-3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 TBSP coconut oil
I found this to be a great tasting drink and while I'm not a big coffee drinker it's a nice flavour and should give a little bit of a caffeine start.
