These last 10 - 11 lbs are freaking hard to lose. I don't do well with IF for some reason although I love it in theory. I work out hard 5 times a week and have had a difficult time setting calorie goals that work or that I am not ravenous in following. It's disheartening to never see the scale budge but I refused to give up or give in!
I experimented over the weekend with upping my fat cals a tiny bit and slightly lowering my protein and 2 lbs are gone as of this morning. I never once felt hungry (thank you, fat!) and I think I can actually hit my weight loss goal at some point.
My friends all tell me I am crazy as they eat their rice cakes and starve. Hahahahaa. Thanks /r/keto for always being so inspiring
