Been three weeks or so since I started. I'm somebody who gets hungry at the mere thought of eating, and worse, I frequently confuse hunger for thirst.
Was okay the first week, then got ravenous. Adjusted my macros and started to feel better, although I kept psyching myself out by thinking "hmmm, shouldn't I be hungry?" and the suddenly I was hungry.
I see people on here talking about struggling to get halfway through a day's calories and I admit it, I've been envious. Somebody even claimed to have fasted for 60 days, which is unlikely as it would be fatal. But I'd like to not be fantasizing about pizza every ten minutes. That seems like a happy medium.
Today is the first day during which I haven't been hungry at all. Hoping this is the begining of that phenomenon. It would be nice to eat to live, rather than living to eat.
