[FP] Keto Birthday dinner

Steak - Grass fed sirloin filet, light salt and pepper rub, slow smoked 5 hours. Glazed with gravy made from beef stock, bacon fat, xanthan gum and a dash of apple cider vinegar and fresh ground horse radish.

Asparagus - slow cooked in crock pot with grass fed butter, beef stock, light salt, pepper and a small amount of garlic.

Cauliflower bake - Cauliflower, caramelized onion, heavy cream and cheese.

Keto Cheesecake - neufatchel cheese, egg, vanilla extract on a bed of finely crushed pecans with half a strawberry on top, further topped with whipped heavy cream. (zero added sugar or sweetener otherwise, also made a fresh strawberry / raspberry glaze loaded with sugar and honey for the non-ketoers I entertained)

Not featured in here is the cheese crisp chips and avocado dip and cheese fondue (gruyere, neufatchel, cream and butter) with broccoli (and carrots and bread for the non-ketoers) that I put out as an appetizer while everyone waited for the meal to be finished. (it all was gone before I could take a picture)
