Today I stepped on the scale, not expecting much. Yesterday it said 148.0, and it rarely jumps around more than about .6 either direction.
Imagine my surprise when it settled at 145! OMG. Goal. After 42 months, averaging a bit less than a pound a month. Goal.
My BF% is down to 26.1. My muscle mass is at 28.8%, and how many 66 year old women can claim more muscle than fat?
I'm routinely wearing a small or XS, if it's a brand that caters to middle aged and older women, LOL. Pants? 6, maybe 8 if they're skinny (and I can wear them without looking like a sack of potatoes, too.)
And I owe it all to eggs, HWC, bacon and pan fried steaks and pork chops. Thank you. Thank you all.
