Day 3 on Keto for my fiancé and I.
Yesterday I made a delicious Fathead pizza with pepperoni. It was so good I almost felt bad eating it.
And then tonight, we each had a sandwich. With bread purchased from LC Foods 1g carbs per slice. Not too shabby.
Here's the thing. Our sandwiches had a fried egg (fried in butter), two fried pieces of Dominican salami, and a slice of cheddar cheese and a splash of sugar free ketchup. (Sorry to those who hate eggs w ketchup).
Needless to say, it was delish. It's been easy keeping out the carbs. And we've been tracking on MFP. And we're eating at a deficit.
I even bought some cookbooks and having a Keto chocolate Mug cake tomorrow.
Anyway... this doesn't feel like I'm dieting at all (and I'm terrible at those) so is this real life?!
Tldr: Keto is so delicious it seems unreal.
