Myself along with two friends started keto after Christmas, and now since then both of them have since had kidney stones, one claiming that she feels it is linked to the keto diet and that this is a side effect. I've never had issues with my kidneys but this has me a little concerned. Some initial research on the web it appears some "experts" say keto can lead to kidney stones, is there any validity to this? If so is there anything I can do to prevent this?
