New way to have chicken parmesan (breaded)

So, unfortunately, I have no pictures. What I do have, however, is a recipe for some of the most delicious chicken breasts you'll ever eat.

  • Step 1: filet chicken breasts.
  • Step 2: soak breasts in heavy whipping cream and 1 egg for 2-3 hours in fridge.
  • Step 3: mix equal parts almond flower and parmesan cheese in a bowl. add salt and peper to seasoning preference.
  • Step 4: pull your meat out (lul) and dip drectly into breading mixture.
  • Step 5: heat oil of your choosing to medium-high heat (enough to fill the pan approximately 3-4 mm deep). I like canola, but you do you bb. medium high heat = approx 6 on the numbered knob.
  • Step 6: throw those bitches in the skillet until deep brown.
  • Step 7: ENJOY WITH YOUR GREENS.

P.S.: works very well with pork chops too.
