I've been doing keto for only a little 2 weeks and I've noticed I've naturally started to eat less and be less hungry.
Before I would eat a bagel for breakfast and be starving in a couple hours, before lunch time even. Now I eat 4 slices of bacon and I'm good til lunch, and I'm not even that hungry.
I had a salad for lunch yesterday. Before I would be starving by dinner if I had so little food or even a full meal. I was barely hungry hours later.
I haven't been tracking calories, just carbs. But just not being so hungry is fantastic. There aren't the issue peaks and valleys of her anymore.
I also don't have the post meal slump so I'm more productive at work without drowning in coffee.
