This actually happened last Monday, while in Maryland on a business trip. Was having one of those days where I learned my clothes were way to big, but I learned it while away from home and had to make do. My belt was to big, ended up I had had a tan belt that did not use holes to hold. It really worked with my black pants. Anyway I had to go, thankfully it was cold and everyone knows I'm always cold, so the plan was to wear my jacket all day to cover up the belt.
Everything was going as planned until the morning's water wanted out. Went to the bathroom and right as I undid my belt my pants fell off. Clear to my ankles. In the commotion of trying to catch them before they hit the floor, the guy next to me looked over. With a worried look in his eye he asked, "What the hell are you doing?" I had to explain keto really, really fast!
Down 55 lb's now. :)
