Ive been with this company for 10 years and know a ton of people even though we are spread out over much of the US. There are people I deal with on a daily basis that are states away and the only chance we get to see each other is at our annual confrence going on this week.
I'm currently at 229, down from 305 last year (starting Keto in July of 16). I've been floored by the amount of positive feedback that I've gotten this week. Around eery corner is a "Holly shit". My CEO even had high praises about the dedication and tenacity that this takes.
The highlight of the week was this morning at breakfast. I usually skip breakfast and do IF but I was fishing for a reaction. So many people had made comments about my weight I knew some would be looking at my plate. So I picked up a big plate of bacon and eggs and sat down. Sure as shit in 5 minutes our CEO marches over proclaiming "I have to see what they guy who lost 75lbs overnight is eating for breakfast!" and then stood silent for a moment when I responded back with "a bunch of bacon" pointing at my full plate. I then explained why my 'Scotch and Steak' works, some of the science I learned here and my goals.
The one thing I keep hearing is that people could never do it. I keep responding that they can, they just need to make health a priority over food pleasure.
