My first ten pounds, DONEZO! I have to say, one of the most significant changes, other than the weight loss that's normally impossible for me to lose, is the way I've been sleeping. Typically I wake up 2-3 times a night minimum and I have gone straight through with a solid sleep since day 2. It's been a difficult journey for me so far but the results make it much simpler.
