Hey everyone. So Feb. 8th will officially mark exactly one year since I started this journey. I can tell you that it has been one hell of a ride.

Stepping on the scale for the first time in years last year was life changing. I was going down a downward spiral both physically and mentally and I didn't even know it. The best thing I learned throughout this process is that shit happens and shit will always happen throughout your life. My problems or your problems are no better or worse than anyone else's. But what defines us is how we deal with that shit. You can subconciously completely give up on yourself like I did, or you can embrace the past and let it sculpt you in to the person you want to be. Make life what you want and do what you want to do because we ain't here for long.
Now I'm directing my focus to muscle gain, strength, and /r/ketogains. I want to do an extremely clean bulk for a couple of months and get back on keto before summer rolls around :).
A huge thank you to this community - you guys have been super helpful and supportive. And if anyone has any questions feel free to ask, it's the least I can do to give back to the community!
