[PICS] [mildly nsfw?] Keto Progress

First post--for keto and for reddit in general but this reddit is super informative and helpful and seems to be very active so here we go!

I started keto 19 days ago upon the realization that I could be losing health insurance very soon and my lupus was continually getting worse. I was told that keto can do a lot for inflammatory diseases like that, so I made the plunge and it's crazy what the little changes are. I used to constantly suffer from burning skin, couldn't wake up in the morning, extreme fatigue and joint pain, racing heart, fainting--and while it hasn't been quite three weeks and it's not fair to say all of those things have stopped, they were a daily occurrence for me that's seemingly fallen away.

In terms of weight loss I don't think I've had a dramatic amount of it, about 11 lbs (147 > 136 give or take ) but my skin has had a dramatic change. My malar rash disappeared after one week and soon with it basically all of my acne (especially on my shoulders)

Here's to more ketoing
