Drinking and poor food decisions caused me to rocket up in weight over the course of a year. I had lost weight on keto before but gave it up before I hit my goal weight. After going back to a "regular" (haha) diet I found myself shooting up to an even higher weight than I was before I tried keto in the first place!

I had one cheat week on vacation in December. Other than that I've been religious with keto since June of last year. My girlfriend loves it, my family is proud of me, and I'm not stressing about how I'm going to look on the cruise I'm going on in October for my brother's wedding. The next step is getting back to the gym when my work schedule gets a little less crazy. (Or when I stop making excuses for myself... maybe that.)

Anyways, I thought this was cool. I tried to wear this shirt and it looked like a poncho today! I had to tuck it in to be able to wear it to work. If I was still the weight I was in the first pic I wouldn't be able to get it tucked in without it coming undone immediately. I love it!

Can't wait to hit my goal weight and keep going!
