I did Keto back in 2013 to great success. I went from 288 lbs. to a low of about 210 over the course of about seven months with amazing results. It was the best I ever felt but overindulgence on alcohol and junk food from IRL problems causing depression saw me ballooning up to 316 lbs yesterday when I decided enough was enough.
I'm starting over with a fresh graph to track my progress with a diet that I know works because it did before. Mental issues at the time made me see myself as fat even at my skinniest there, so I'm keeping the picture on the right on my desktop as motivation with a reminder that it is something to aspire toward and be proud of! I'm inspiring myself and I hope this picture proof can help inspire others that control can be taken back with amazing results!
