I see a lot of posts about how easy this is, but if you have done other diets, it can be an adjustment, and getting your eating right takes time.
I lost 85 lbs in two stints on WW (50 after kid 1, 35 after kid 2) and had no problem maintaining, but dropping the last 25-30 lbs wasn't happening. Its taken me a solid month and half to really understand how to eat keto well.
So if your starting out and it feels weird, or a little off, just stick with it, keep trying new (fatty) things, and you'll get it down.
And coconut oil + cream in your coffee rules. Try it (I add vanilla sweet drops too).
