Recently I was at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and saw the New Orleans Pasta dish. I politely asked the waiter if I could have broccoli instead of penne pasta. He was confident he could make it happen and this was the dish I got back
The staff that brought it out to me and one of the assistant managers stopped by the table saying how they were going to order that later once they saw it being prepped. I doubt they even eat keto. :D
