In the first 4 weeks I hadn't seen much change in the scales something I attributed to starting 5x5 lifting at the same time as starting keto. But now once my body has adjusted wow, jumped on the scales last Friday the end of my 4th week and I was down to 177.4 kg, I started at 181.7kg yep that was a good feeling but then today I checked and holy shit I was down to 171.5kg so an overall loss of 10.2kg in 5weeks that's about 22lbs for the none metric inclined.
