At my last physical in September, doc weighed me at 250lbs and diagnosed me as pre-diabetic. I read up heavily on keto before jumping in about three weeks ago. In that short amount of time, I've lost 29lbs and a pants size! I want to thank you all for your inspiration and information. Even though I'm not doing much in exercise (arthritic knees and hips are hard to work around), I feel so much better and I'm even more motivated to keep at it. Hopefully, I'll be at a point where I'm comfortable posting progress pics soon. In the mean time, thank you again r/keto !
