I've been doing keto for about a month now (with some forced cheat days since I'm in college and have limited options) but I think I'm FINALLY in ketosis because I've LOST MY FIRST 10 LBS!!!!! My jeans that I used to have to unbutton after dinner are getting pretty loose, my skin is smooth and clear (rosacea has reduced), and my energy is up. I called my mom so excitedly this morning because last night I went on a bar crawl and took some pictures with friends and actually liked how I looked in them for the first time in a long time. I can't wait to keep at this and lose the rest! Gonna kick this body fat's ass, as well as the pre-diabetes my mom and I are really worried about. (PS: vanilla vodka, diet sunkist, and orange vanilla Mio drops make for a fantastic keto beverage but be careful about the soda if you're avoiding artificial sweeteners due to cravings issues)
