Hi all! Recently found this thread and was initially skeptical of the stories of people starting and losing so much weight. After 3 weeks of keto and losing a little shy of 14 pounds as of this morning, (I had been in the gym 5 days a week for several months and plateauing for 2), I am a believer. Waiting for the plateau after the induction phase, but I'm really looking forward what's next after making this lifestyle change.
