So, I've always been overweight, a little pudge back when I was 9, up until i was in 4x-5x clothing by highschool. And I really thought that was just going to be my life things hit rock bottom for me last year when I clocked in at 386, and started to feel some 6x clothing to be more comfortable. It was a bad day when I was in burlington trying on 5x clothing and had to put it back because it was too small.

Well a few weeks ago I was at about 18lbs lost on keto, and I made a topic about cheating(the horror right?). And was slapped in the face by the honest and truthful responses. I sat back down and talked over the situation with my wife. Yeah I do miss the food, but I don't miss the problems I had. I know a lot of people on keto lose their appetite and cravings. But I honestly haven't except for brief periods where I will lose my appetite for maybe a day. But then I'll get ravenously hungry at times and feel like im attacking the cheese and meat in the fridge.

Well starting off the diet on 1/7/2017 I was at 386lbs.

Today 2/20/17 I am at 347lbs. That's a 39lb weight loss! I've had to retighten all the cords on my shorts/pants. Punch a new hole in my belt. A lot of my "tummy shirts" are now comfortable and properly cover me. I feel better, I can feel a difference in my muffin top.

I'm not quite emotionally ready to post progress pictures since I have poor self esteem. But I really wanted to say thank you to everyone here who beat the crap out of me on the cheat topic, it really helped me keep up my progress.

My goal starting this was to break 350 by my birthday at the end of march. Well Just beat that! Need to set a new goal and a new date to keep myself motivated and working hard. Any ideas?
