Another week, another meal prep...

Here's this week's video

Menu:
*Low-carb Jerk Chicken
*Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
*Egg 'Muffins'
*Cabbage
*Roasted Broccoli

Shopping List:
* 4-5 lbs chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
* 2 lbs Tilapia Filets
* 1 Bag Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles
* 1 Head Cabbage
* Olive Oil
* Rotel
* Cheese
* Carbmaster Milk
* Carbmaster 'Yogurt'

Items I already had on hand:
* Spices for Jerk Chicken
* Eggs
* Heavy Cream
* Spinach
* Broccoli
* Parmesan Cheese
* Apple Cider Vinegar
* Butter

Because I already had a lot of the necessary items on hand, I only ended up spending about $38 this week. This week is definitely one of those where your mileage will vary, specifically depending on if you don't really have any of the spices that the jerk chicken calls for.

As usual, just sharing plans that have helped me. Hopefully you'll get some ideas. Feel free to share your own input in the comments. The insight of others doing similar things helps us all!

On another note, the first of this month marked 10 months that I've been keto. I'm down over 60 pounds, and am now in the best shape that I can ever recall being in, EVER. I started this journey at 287 pounds, busting out of the too small 38 waist pants and XL shirts that I refused to let go of. Today, I'm wearing a 32, and a medium shirt. Between the weight lost, and the muscle gained through Wendlers 531, I'm in the best shape of my life.
KCKO!
