I started keto in September of 2016 with the urging of a few friends that had all tried and loved it. I was 325lbs and though I was happy and not one of those girls that worried about weight and how I looked all the time, I could definitely admit that it was slowing me down. I've always been on the mindset of I loved myself and felt attractive at 150lbs and I felt the same at 325lbs! I figured I'd try for a few weeks and if I didn't like it then I'd be done with it. Well here I am 4.5 months in and halfway to my first goal of 200lbs, my challenge now is to make it to that goal for August 2017.
And of course progress pics!!!
Oh and inches lost! I've lost 6in of both my waist and hips, 7in off my bust and 4in off each thigh!
