So these little devils go right up there with Sugar free gummy bears.
I thought I'd be smart and eat something with 18 calories for the whole package and about 3g carbs.
I thought I was going to be in for a treat. I even boiled them to get them soft and not crunchy.
Needless to say good thing I didn't make plans today. Maybe even have to cancel tomorrow. They may find my body a week later ( but I will have broken that plateau damnit).
Just God help anyone who eats these. The gummy bear reviews I feel have nothing on Kelp noodles. Dare to try at your own risk. I'll stick with zoodles.
