Guys, I have been doing orangetheory fitness for a year. It's a high intensity interval work out, but my first 3 months I wasn't seeing real results. Where were my abs? Where were my toned legs? That body I wanted was there the whole damn time, and keto brought it out. That body was under a layer of fat that keto got rid of! Abs! I have them!
It sucks that exercise alone won't help you lose the weight, but it's awesome that bacon and eggs and fathead pizza can get you there if you do it right!
