The cheesecake turned out super great, would definitely make it again. I followed the video almost exactly, including the addition of salt and leaving out the molasses(so it may actually be less net carbs, but I didn't re-calculate). The only tip I would add is to put your pan in the freezer between adding each layer so the layers don't run together as much. I also lined the bottom of my pan with parchment paper so everything lifts off easier
