I have lost 150 pounds in total (highest weight 378 pounds around 2.5yrs ago and current weight is 228 pounds and counting). I have been maintaining my weight for about the past 6 months or so (still eating keto throughout) and want to get back to the cutting phase as I still have another 100+ pounds to still loose (sigh!).
In addition to the weightloss, the biggest improvement I've experienced through eating keto is the normalization of my blood pressure, at my highest weight I was operating at a near death BP of 150/110 and as of last week my BP was 123/81 (lowest it has been for decades!). And also lost loads of inches all over my body (especially my upper waist area). And in addition to a multitude of other health benefits I have basically gotten my life and health back! I only wish I'd taken more pics at my highest weight to have better comparison pics.
I post these every couple of months to hopefully motivate others who may be in doubt and also to help motivate me to keep going. I have been straight keto for almost 2 years now and will stay on it for life because it's the only way of eating that I've ever been able to stick to and never cheated on....and it's been delicious throughout too without ever having felt deprived. Keto works!
