Hey everyone, first time posting to this sub. I decided to try the keto diet at the beginning of February. I lost a pretty good amount very fast! I'm 5'5" and I have PCOS so I have trouble keeping weight off. I've been overweight since I was in middle school and early last year I started going to the gym very regularly and eating healthy. I lost about 10lbs in a year, but noticed muscle tone and some fat loss.

And then in March I cheated hardcore (friends' birthdays, spring break, concerts, etc.). I didn't gain weight back thankfully!

I still have a ways to go but I love the progress I've done so far! I haven't weighed this little since I was 14 so I'm pretty happy about that. Not to mention all my jeans and shorts are loose on me.
