i've seen a few "college tips" posts, wondering if anyone has tips for someone whose dining hall slathers all the meat in questionable sauce (except breakfast sausage).
greens are generally pretty abundant. which ones have the most protein? also, which nuts have the most protein? what exercises are the best for keto weight loss? and how do you deal with loose skin?
