Started Keto May 5th after realizing I had lost control of my weight. My routine has been trying to stay under 30g of carbs each day. IF as much as possible, but if I wake up hungry I eat.
Goal of over 10k steps a day.
Had blood work done and everything is looking great. I'm one point above the normal range for cholesterol, which came down 30 points.
BP is 120/80.
This is the first picture I've had taken in a long time where I don't look at it and cringe. Still have a ways to go, but progress on the outside and inside is great.
For anyone on the fence, please start. No matter where you are at. I don't have a timeline or a goal weight, I focus on each day and each meal. If I mess up, I start over.
It's been exciting digging into the back of the closet to try on clothes I thought I would never wear again. It's nice to not have me knees hurt, or be tired for no reason, or one of the many other downsides to being way over weight.
I like where I'm headed and look forward to sharing more progress 6 months from now.
