Hey guys. It's been 30 days today since I've started Keto. At first I thought I lost 15 lbs and then I got a new scale and realized I only lost 12. Then the next week I lost more so I finally did lose 15! I'm happier and less bloated. Is it weird that I feel like I'm cheating when I have sugar free syrup? I've avoiding all sugar alternatives for the most part and yesterday I felt naughty for using sugar free syrup in my coffee. How times have changed! I realize losing will be slower now so I'm going to try and stay away from the scale for a while. So I'm one month in and I've started IF a few days ago. Is it too early for me to be doing that? I just thought maybe it would speed up my weight loss but some say I shouldn't do it for a few months. I'm not sure. Anyway here's some pics
