Yesterday marked 4 months of keto for me, and I couldn’t be happier with how much my life has already changed for the better. Even though my weight loss these days is not as dramatic as it was in the beginning, I still see results practically every week. I’m closer to my goal weight than I am to my starting weight, and I’m in the process of training for a 5k at the end of December. I have more energy throughout the day, I don’t battle with intense hunger cravings anymore, and I’ve learned that even the slightest cheat on a candy bar or something will make me physically sick from the rush of sugar (which is a good thing!!). Thank you all in this community for your love and support! You make Reddit better every day.
