[Update] Week Two

Week two update! I can see a difference in my body! On the left is the night I started. On the right, was yesterday wearing a size LARGE. I can’t believe I wore this for work because my insecurities were through the roof, but I got compliments! (Apologies for the smudges on my mirror) At the end of last week, I was trying IF but I relapsed hard the beginning of this week. I don’t think I can do IF right now because of my relationship with food. 😕 Now, the day before I weigh in, my period starts! So, I’m not going to take the scale too seriously.

Weightloss: 225.6 pounds (-2.4) Upper arm: 15.5in (same) Neck: 15.5in (-1.0) Chest: 44.5in (-.2) Relaxed waist: 37in (-2.0) Waist: 35in (-1.0) Hip: 48in (-1.0) Thigh: 29in (-.5) Calf: 17.5in (+.5)

I feel really bloated so I’m surprised my waist has lost an inch! 😂

Overall, I'm REALLY happy with my results. My family has been noticing a difference and are fully supporting my decision. Before I bloated up like a balloon yesterday, I was also able to put on my engagement ring!!!! I haven't been able to since last year. Thank you to everyone who has been giving out tips and showing your experience, because that helps me strive to become a better me. :)
