Hey everyone! I'm spending four days in a hotel room and have planned out what I'm bringing and my meals. My roomie is allergic to eggs so I had to avoid those, which would have definitely helped keep the carb count low. But I got it all figured out.
I planned out five different meals, one of which is a protein shake, one is a salad with veggies. Every day I have is below 20 carbs so I'm happy with it.
Honestly, not sure why people are constantly asking for help figuring out what to bring, planning it out, etc. Shopping for everything took me longer than the planning!
