I am a 19 year old college sophomore looking to lose some weight and be healthier in general. I figured I'd go on a diet and this was suggested. I've read the intro stuff, but I've never meal planner before, so I really have no idea where to start.
I have a strict budget of $200 a month, and while I'm open to cooking longer meals, I don't have any real cooking experience and I'll need some meals that are quick and dirty.
I go back to school early August and I'd like to use until then to learn and practice some cooking.
Any recipes you suggest or any tips and tricks on how to meal plan are greatly appreciated and I'm sorry if I'm breaking any rules.
