1 Month progress. Down 16.4 lbs. Progress Pics

Started Keto on Jan 3rd. First week and a half was rough. Felt lethargic, and cranky. After I got through that hump, I started feeling great! So much mental clarity and energy, it’s unbelievable. I actually feel like I need to workout everyday to burn off the excess energy or else I feel restless. I’ve been doing SL5x5 3 x a week for about 3 weeks now. I usually play basketball once week and do HIIT or some sort of circuit training on the off days. A little more than half way to my goal weight. The weight loss has slowed down a lot and i was stuck at -15lbs for about a week until this morning. This forum has been a priceless resource of information. I’m constantly lurking. I’m here way more than Facebook and Instagram combined. My wife started the same time as me and she’s lost around 10 lbs. She’s been making amazing Keto meals for both of us.
