I'll keep this short- my mother in law was upset I wouldn't have a birthday cake this year. I usually ask for a cheesecake, as I don't really like actual cake anyway.
Luckily keto cheesecake is super easy.
I don't usually bake and I stay away from fake sweet stuff on keto, we all know why- blah blah blah. I'm a simple meat and veggies and black coffee guy.
I did give these keto cheesecake tarts a shot though and HOLY MOLY are they good!!!!!
Bonus points that sister in law is gluten free and she can have these too.
