Over the holidays I read this, by Dr. Fung and Jimmy Moore.
Since I'm keto and have been intermittent fading for some time after reading the Obesity Code and matching his YouTube series, I decided to try a 4.5 to 5 day fast. I've done two now and I've had pretty good results with breaking my stall. I drank plenty of water and a fair amount of coffee with a little bit of cream (way less than bulletproof coffee).
Day two is the hardest, but all told, it's pretty easy if you are fat adapted going in. By day three I come home and instead of longing for food I take heart that I don't have to cook. I did a couple of 36-hour fasts in the days prior.
