Lazy keto since August. Added a fitbit and have steadily increased my step average (slowly). I looked at the scale this morning, and I am 179... down from 215. I had a loong 3 month plateau at 180-185...
I can't tell you how many broccoli slaw+3 color coleslaw with a can of tuna salads I have eaten. Many. But they are super easy to make (zero prep... opening the bag is prep) and they are quite filling. Thanks for letting me draft behind all of your stories and successes in this sub.
