Just got an email from our wellness committee at work that they are holding a weight loss challenge that involves the ketogenic diet. With the package you get a keto coach and support emails, "fat burning urine test strips" a book and protein bars. Starting weight goes from our biometric screening weight when I was at my fattest. I found it interesting that this is coming from the insurance company and some people still think Keto isn't real.
