Just started a few weeks ago, and in the past few days I began having some trouble with muscle cramps and fatigue, so I started getting serious about my electrolytes.
This led to the astounding discovery that one of my favorite things in the world is pork rinds dipped in wonton-soup-like broth!
I just put 1 teaspoon each Better than Bouillon Roast Beef, and Chicken in 2 cups of water with a dash of sesame oil. Add a pinch of "lite" salt to it for a little potassium kick. Then, add some fresh grated ginger to taste. I also like to chop up some green onions and throw them in there.
This may not be a big deal to you guys, but I LOVE wonton soup with crispy fried wontons in it. So having a broth that tastes that way, along with pork rinds for some texture, is full on amazing!
