One of the best weight loss techniques I've seen is to watch yourself on video. Last June I trained a group at a company event. Watching the video later I realized the content was good, I presented it clearly, and the audience was engaged. However...every time I turned sideways you'd see this belly hanging over my belt. So I started keto with advice from here. Eight months later and I am down 17 lbs and importantly, I've stayed down 17 lbs for more than half a year. Yesterday I saw still photos from my most recent training and I look great in a suit. Thanks to everyone who posts all the helpful advice.
